2017 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV review - In 2015 Paris
Auto Show, Mitsubishi has a funky looking concept known as the Mitsubishi
Outlander PHEV Concept-S. We know the current Outlander is getting pretty worn
out, and it turns out, the concept is actually used to what 2016 Mitsubishi
Outlander SUV will look like after going through a facelift. As expected, the
2016 Outlander is now sold, sporting a design similar to what we saw in PHEV
Concept-S. Now, with the door to the New York Auto Show is open wide, we've
seen the Outlander PHEV in the form of production for the US market.
The Concept of 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV
While the forms of production does look similar to the 2016
Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV actually take more cues from the front end of the
concept of regular Outlander. This means it will be easy to spot in a crowd
PHEV if you know what to look for. For now, few details about the 2017
Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is still a secret, but at least we have some
official pictures and info to proceed.
According to Mitsubishi, The model of 2017 Mitsubishi
Outlander PHEV is already the best-selling in Europe and the first plug-in
hybrid SUV in the world. It is said "provides SUV capability and fuel
economy EV." Outlander is scheduled to hit showrooms and went on sale here
in the US in the fall of this year. Before that happens, let's look at the
information and images that we already have.
2017 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV exterior look, we see
two louver grille design new Mitsubishi logo perched in the middle. Compared
with the concept, grating grill has a bit more character, as well as lights. Headlights
and grille similar to that used in the 2016 Outlander. Honestly, Mitsubishi
Mitsubishi may have to stay with the grille design of the PHEV Concept-S,
because we see a lot cleaner for it.
If you expect to see something new in this PHEV
passenger compartment, you will be disappointed. Inside, the interior of
2017 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is virtually identical to the standard
Outlander. It received the same update to the standard Outlander, including new
seating surface, a redesigned steering wheel, folding rear seats, featuring
audio system and auto-dimming rearview mirror. Thank for visit lads.
